What should I do if my Rubric scores and feedback are not reflected to every member of the group?

Issue: Grade Item (numeric) was created to record group a group activity in Telephone Skills.
Rubric was associated to Grade Item, and Grade Item was set for group activity.  Rubric scores and feedback are not reflected to every member of the group.
