Check the student’s grouping status by clicking the arrow next to their username. From there, you can view group enrollments.
If the student is not enrolled, you can enroll students in a group by clicking on User > Groups. Select the drop-down menu next to the group category and click enroll users.
Enroll the student in the group by clicking on the box in that group’s column, then click Save at the bottom of the page. If there’s no problem with the group setting, but the student is still not enrolled in a group, submit a ticket to the BSB Support System – http://testwpv01.benilde.edu.ph/edtech/support/.
