Go to User > Attendance then click on New Register. This will bring you to the New Register page.
Type in the name of the Attendance Register you are creating in Name. This is usually called Attendance or Class Participation.
You can leave the Description blank
In Attendance Scheme make sure that Benilde Attendance Scheme is selected.
You do not need to fill in Cause for Concern (%) but it is a good idea to set it. I would recommend 70% as this is the minimum requirement to pass.
In Users, by default Include all users in the course is selected. There is no need to change this under normal circumstances.
In Sessions type in the name of each session. Session Description is optional but for your guide you may want to fill it up, too, at a later date. Click on Save.
If you need more than three sessions (which is normally the case), type a number in Add Sessions then click of Save. Since our term has 14 weeks, type 11 in the box provided. Once the screen refreshes you will see more sessions.
Don’t forget to put session names on the added Sessions and save again. Once completed just click Cancel. This will bring you back to the Attendance Register page. You will see your created Attendance Register listed below.
