CLASS WITH TANGIBLE REQUIREMENTS

Not Risky

For classes that require submission of tangible projects/output, faculty members - without prejudice to students’ safety and security - may require students or their representatives to submit the tangible projects/output on an agreed schedule.

Risky

In the event that students’ lives may be endangered, at risk, or compromised, concerned faculty members may require students to submit online alternatives such as images of the project with specifications, descriptions, among others; or any other proof that will establish student’s claim of ownership of the project or output.

RANDOM COMPLIANCE AUDIT

Faculty members who will opt to facilitate an online makeup class are subject to the implementation of the Random Compliance Audit. Chairpersons, or their appointed senior faculty member or subject matter expert, may be tasked to conduct the said random audit.

If there has been a change between the declared activity and the actual activity performed, the faculty member is urged to file an Online Makeup Class Variance Report to declare said changes, especially for when a Random Compliance Audit occurs.
